JETER is the author of Infernal Devices, Morlock Night, the cyberpunk novel Doctor Adder, noir sequels to Blade Runner, as well as dark fantasy and other imaginative science fiction. He is acknowledged as the godfather of steampunk for coining the word over 20 years ago. He was born in California and now resides in Ecuador.
