Kelly V Brozyna

Kelly, of, began studying nutrition while her daughters were little, in 2004. At the time, her daughter, Ashley, was a baby, and her daughter, Zoe, was a toddler. Both of the girls were in poor health. Her naturopathic doctor worked with them to eliminate gluten, casein, and sugar from their diet. Kelly and her spouse quickly recognized that their own health issues may also be healed.

It was eye-opening to discover how the diet might help with so many different conditions. Kelly now prepares cuisine that is so comparable to traditional wheat/dairy/sugar meals that no one feels deprived after years of research and experimenting. Their family is successfully overcoming celiac illness, gluten intolerance, ADD, and autism with diet and scientific therapy. Kelly, her husband, and their three daughters live in Southern California.
