Kristin Earhart grew up in Worthington, Ohio, dreaming about horses and ponies during her waking and sleeping hours. She began riding lessons when she was eight years old. Moochie, Kristin's pony, and Wendy, Kristin's horse, were two of the best pals a girl could have. She now lives in Brooklyn, New York, with her husband and son, where she writes.
