Kurt Eichenwald was a long-time contributor to The New York Times. He was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize in 2000 and 2002, and a two-time recipient of the George Polk Award for achievement in journalism. He has three New York Times best-selling books, one of which, The Informant, was adapted into a major motion picture starring Matt Damon. With his wife and three children, he lives in Dallas.
