Kylee Baumle is a citizen scientist who participates in a number of projects that provide data to scientists studying monarch butterflies (including MonarchWatch, a collaboration between the University of Kansas and JourneyNorth, which tracks migration sightings and roosts). Her Pollinator Partnership-registered garden in rural Ohio is a Certified Monarch Waystation, a Certified Wildlife Habitat, and a Certified Monarch Waystation. She has published feature pieces for Horticulture, American Gardener, and Indiana Gardener State-by-State Gardening publications, as well as a regular column for Ohio Gardener.
