Lawrence  Freedman

Since 1982, Lawrence Freedman has served as Professor of War Studies at King's College, London. He's written extensively on nuclear strategy during the Cold War, as well as commenting on current security matters on a regular basis. In 1995, he was elected a fellow of the British Academy, and in 1997, Prime Minister Tony Blair nominated him as the Official Historian of the Falklands Campaign.
