Lorraine S Amstutz

Lorraine Stutzman Amstutz is the Director of the MCC's Office on Crime and Justice. She serves as a consultant and trainer for agencies and communities interested in implementing restorative justice programs that incorporate a Victim Offender Mediation/Conferencing component. Lorraine has worked on a variety of programs around the United States, providing technical help and consultation. She began working in the victim offender field in 1984, in Elkhart, Indiana, when the first Victim Offender Reconciliation Program (VORP) in the United States was established. Lorraine is the co-author of the Victim Offender Conferencing in Pennsylvania's Juvenile Justice System curriculum, as well as a manual on the implementation of VOM/C in Pennsylvania and other papers.

She has been on the Board of the International Victim Offender Mediation Association (VOMA) and is currently on the Board of the Lancaster County Victim Offender Program. Lorraine has a bachelor's degree in science. She Read More chevron_right
