Hungry Cravings, an online resource that demystifies complex culinary and baking procedures and offers delicious, proven recipes, is her brainchild. She has taught both home cooks and professional chefs and bakers for many years as an Adjunct Teacher of Cooking at Clark College in Vancouver, Washington, and Mount Hood Community College in Gresham, Oregon. She has associate degrees in culinary arts and patisserie & baking from Le Cordon Bleu. She resides in the city of Vancouver, Washington.
