Luis A Rosado

Dr. Luis A. Perez is the author of this book. Rosado is the head of the University of Texas at Arlington's Center for Bilingual and ESL Education and a professor in the College of Education. He went to the University of Puerto Rico, Boston State College, and Texas A&M University-Kingsville for his education. He's written about pedagogy and professional responsibilities, parental involvement, cross-cultural communication, Spanish linguistics, and Spanish for bilingual instructors. Dr. Rosado has taught at the elementary, high school, and college levels for over 25 years.

He's taught in Puerto Rico, Massachusetts, and Texas, among other places. Dr. Carla Amaro-Jimenez, a Visiting Assistant Professor of Bilingual/ESL Education at the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA), is one of the contributing authors.
