Magnus Nilsson

Magnus Nilsson is the chef de cuisine at Fäviken Magasinet in Sweden. He worked with Pascal Barbot of L'Astrance in Paris after training as a chef and sommelier in Sweden before joining Fäviken as a sommelier. He took over the restaurant's management within a year, and it is now ranked 19th on the San Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants list. Magnus is also the author of the Fäviken cookbook, which is available from Phaidon. Chef's Table, a Netfix docu-series, and The Mind of a Chef, a US PBS-TV series, have both featured him. He received the White Guide World Gastronomy Prize in 2015.
