The Nordic Cookbook
Magnus Nilsson is the chef de cuisine at FÃ¤viken Magasinet in Sweden. He worked with Pascal Barbot of L'Astrance in Paris after training as a chef and sommelier in Sweden before joining FÃ¤viken as a sommelier. He took over the restaurant's management within a year, and it is now ranked 19th on the San Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants list. Magnus is also the author of the FÃ¤viken cookbook, which is available from Phaidon. Chef's Table, a Netfix docu-series, and The Mind of a Chef, a US PBS-TV series, have both featured him. He received the White Guide World Gastronomy Prize in 2015.
