Manjula Martin has worked in print and online publications for over a decade as a writer and editor. She launched the site Who Pays Writers? and founded and edited Scratch magazine (2013-2015), an online journal of interviews and information about writing and money. She is the managing editor of Zoetrope: All-Story and writes The Dough, a series about women and money for The Toast. She is a graduate of Mills College and a member of the San Francisco Writers' Grotto. Her debut novel is Scratch.
