Marc Allen is a well-known author and speaker who studied Tantric Buddhism at the Nyingma Center in Berkeley, California, with a Tibetan master. He is the cofounder and publisher of New World Library, one of the most successful independent publishers in the United States, and the author of several major works. He is a resident of Northern California.
