Margarita Carrillo Arronte
Margarita Carrillo Arronte, a chef and restaurateur, was born into a large family that valued their strong cultural and culinary traditions, and has dedicated nearly 35 years to bringing authentic Mexican food to the rest of the globe. She has spoken on Mexican cuisine at institutions such as The Culinary Institute of America and Le Cordon Bleu, served as Vice‐President of the Mexican Conservatory of Gastronomical Culture, and represented Mexico at the G20 meeting in Los Cabos. She's also a published author who's hosted a number of cuisine shows on Mexico's El Gourmet channel. Chef Margarita presently resides in Mexico City with her family and four pets.
