Martin A Lee

Martin A. Lee has written four books, the most recent of which is Smoke Signals: A Social History of Marijuana - Medicinal, Recreational, and Scientific. He is the director of Project CBD, a medical research information service, and the cofounder of the media watchdog group FAIR. He's also the author of Acid Dreams and The Beast Reawakens, and his work has appeared in The Washington Post, The Los Angeles Times, Harper's Magazine, Le Monde Diplomatique, Rolling Stone, The Nation, Salon.com, HuffingtonPost.com, and TheDailyBeast.com, among other publications.
