MATTHEW DICKS is an elementary school teacher and writer. He's been featured in the Hartford Courant, spoken at the Books on the Nightstand retreat, and won the Moth StorySLAM. Something Missing, Surprisingly Milo, and Memoirs of an Imaginary Friend, an international bestseller, are his earlier works. His works have been translated into over a quarter-dozen languages. Dicks, his wife Elysha, and their two children live in Newington, Connecticut.
