The band Say Anything's lead singer and major lyricist is Max Bemis. He's also a member of the supergroup Two Tongues, which includes members of Say Anything and Saves the Day, and co-sings with Chris Conley. Perma, as well as Max Bemis and the Painful Splits, are some of his other side ventures. POLARITY is Bemis's first foray into the world of comics as a creator.
