Max Gunther

Max Gunther was born in England and moved to the United States when he was 11 years old. He went to school in New Jersey and graduated with a B.A. In 1949, he graduated from Princeton University. He served in the United States military. From 1951 through 1955, he worked as a staff member of Business Week.

He then spent two years as a contributing editor at Time magazine.
