MICHAEL D.BEIL is an English teacher at a New York City all-girls Catholic high school. Summer at Forsaken Lake is his first novel, and he's also the author of four episodes of the Edgar Award-nominated mystery series The Red Blazer Girls. His family consists of his wife, two dogs, and two cats.
