Michael Henry, who was born in Liverpool in 1942, studied Modern Languages at Oxford. He immigrated to Canada shortly after graduation and worked as a teacher for thirteen years. His earliest poems were published in Canadian journals, and the Canadian Broadcasting Company broadcasted them. Following his return to England, he has resided in Cheltenham, his hometown. He has five collections of poetry under his belt, one with KQBX and four with Enitharmon. His poems have been included in anthologies and he has been frequently published in journals.
