Michael Poore

Glimmer Train, Southern Review, Agni, Fiction, and Asimov's have published Michael Poore's short stories. The Year's Best Nonrequired Reading 2012 featured his story The Street of the House of the Sun. The New York Review of Books praised his debut novel, Up Jumps the Devil, as an elegiac masterpiece. Poore and his wife, poet and activist Janine Harrison, live in Highland, Indiana, with their daughter, Jianna.
