Mike Sexton

Mike Sexton began playing poker at the age of 13 and went on to become a full-time professional in 1977. At the World Series of Poker in 1989, he won the stud event and a bracelet. He also finished fifth in the 2005 National Heads-Up Poker Championship and took home $1 million in the 2006 WSOP Tournament of Champions. Together with Vince Van Patten, he is a pundit for the World Poker Tour and a spokesman for PartyPoker.com. He's written for Card Player Magazine and the Gambling Times, among other publications. In 2009, he was inducted into the Poker Hall of Fame, the highest accolade in the game.
