Mike Smart ABOUT THE AUTHOR -I have over thirty years of sales experience, during which time I have sold contracts worth hundreds of millions of pounds; -I have earned millions of pounds in commissions and bonuses; -I have cold-called and created businesses from the ground up; -I have hired, dismissed, taught, and managed multi-national sales teams; -I have presented to thousands of people; I wouldn't go so far as to claim that I am, or have ever been, the best salesperson on the planet. Yet, I can boast that I've had the opportunity to work with some of the industry's greatest sales executives and professional buyers, and that I've learnt my trade along the way. I could have written a thousand pages, but it would have defeated the book's purpose.
