Mike Wooldridge

Jeffrey M. is a well-known author. Wooldridge has taught at Michigan State University since 1991 and is a University Distinguished Professor of Economics. He was an assistant professor of economics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1986 to 1991. He earned his bachelor's degree in 1982 from the University of California, Berkeley, with majors in computer science and economics, and his PhD in economics from the University of California, San Diego, in 1986. He has authored over 60 publications in scholarly journals around the world, as well as several book chapters.

He is also the author of the second edition of Econometric Analysis of Cross Section and Panel Data. Among his honors is an Alfred P. Sloan Fellowship.
