Molly Yeh is the author of Molly on the Range, an IACP award-winning cookbook, and the creator of the food blog my name is yeh, which features dishes inspired by Molly's Chinese and Jewish ancestry, travels, and surroundings in the upper Midwest. Molly has been featured in the New York Times, Food & Wine, Bon Appetit, Cherry Bombe, and New York Magazine, among other magazines, and she has contributed to a number of others. Molly is a Juilliard-trained percussionist who has performed with orchestras all over the world outside of the kitchen. Her fifth-generation farmer husband and their small flock of chickens reside on a farm on the North Dakota-Minnesota border.
