Monica McInerney is the award-winning author of nine previous novels, one collection of short stories, and several short stories and articles. She was born and raised in Australia, the youngest of seven children, and has spent the last twenty years dividing her time between the two countries. Monica currently resides in Dublin, Ireland, with her Irish husband.
