Nancy Kline

Nancy is the Founder and President of Time To Think, as well as the creator and pioneer of The Thinking Environment. She is also a published author and public speaker who teaches Time To Think courses, leads the Time To Think Faculty, and gives keynote speeches all over the world. Nancy's consulting and teaching work near Washington, DC, where she had served as a Founding Director of The Thornton Friends School for twelve years and as Director of The Leadership Institute for six years, gave birth to Time To Think in 1984. She is a Fellow of Ashridge Management College in the United Kingdom and the 2010 Listener of the Year for the International Listening Association. Nancy grew up in New Mexico and now resides in England with her husband, Christopher Spence.
