Nancy S Hachisu

Nancy Singleton Hachisu is a James Beard Award-nominated author of two cookbooks: Japanese Farm Food and Preserving the Japanese Way. She lives on a farm in Japan with her family. Food & Wine, Saveur, The Art of Eating, and Lucky Peach have all published her work. She is a native Californian who has lived in Japan for the past thirty years and is highly regarded as a Japanese cuisine expert in both Japan and the United States.
