I Love My Hair! by Natasha Tarpley is a best-selling picture book. She has received numerous accolades, including a fellowship from the National Endowment for the Arts. Tarpley is generally seen reading novels when she is not writing them. She's also taken up the brutal and odd sport of marathon running. Tarpley is one of the founding members of Voonderbar!
