Nathan Edmonson was an economics professor for Georgia State University, the director of mineral economics at Kennecott Mining Corporation, the chief economist at Ashland Oil, and an economics consultant to the Federal Reserve Board of Governors. Currently, he works as an investor and consultant on his own. He is the author of Technological Foundations of Cyclical Economic Development (Transaction, 2009), which was published in Mining Engineering, Journal of Industrial Economics, and Nitrogen.
