Murder at Gills Rock, the second book in the Dave Cubiak Door County Mystery series, is written by Patricia Skalka. She is a former Reader's Digest writer who now conducts writing classes across the United States. She splits her time between her hometown of Chicago and her cottage in Wisconsin's Door County.
