Paul began his media career in 2002 after serving as Head Baker at elite venues such as Cliveden, The Chester Grosvenor, and The Dorchester. He's been a judge on The Great British Bake Off since the beginning, alongside Mary Berry, and the most recent series' finale drew 14.5 million viewers. The show is presently broadcast in over 18 countries. Paul has contributed to the Telegraph, Olive, Waitrose Magazine, and the Observer, among other publications. This is the author's sixth book.
