Peter Straub is a well-known author of spooky and thriller fiction in the United States. He is the New York Times bestselling author of a dozen books, including the horror classic Ghost Story and Stephen King's co-written masterpiece The Talisman. His most recent novel, Black House, which he co-wrote with King, is a New York Times bestseller. He lives in New York City and is a past president of the Horror Writers of America, as well as a multiple award winner.
