Phil Miller is the current Manager of Customer Service for Nokia Internet Communications International. He's also co-founded a networking consultancy and worked as a Director at Xyplex, a UK networking startup. He is the author of LAN Technologies Explained and the first edition of TCP/IP Explained, both published by Digital Press.
