Philip E. Tetlock is a University of Pennsylvania Annenberg University Professor with positions in the psychology and political science departments, as well as the Wharton School of Commerce. The Good Judgment Project, a multi-year forecasting research, is co-led by him and his wife, Barbara Mellers. He's also the co-author of Expert Political Judgment and Counterfactual Thought Experiments in Global Politics (both with Aaron Belkin).
