Raychelle C Lohmann
Raychelle Cassada Lohmann, PhD, LPC, is a credentialed and nationally board-certified counselor. Raychelle has worked as a clinician and a school counselor in middle and high schools, where she has assisted hundreds of teenagers in dealing with their frustrations and rage. She specializes in individual and group counseling for rage management and has engaged in and performed considerable research on anger and aggressiveness. She is the coauthor of The Bullying Workbook for Teenagers and The Sexual Trauma Workbook for Adolescent Girls, as well as the author of The Anger Workbook for Teens. She also runs the Adolescent Angst blog for Psychology Today and is a regular parenting columnist for U.S. News & World Report. News & World Report is a news organization based in the United States.
