Richard Banfield, the CEO and Co-Founder of Fresh Tilled Soil, a Boston-based user experience agency, wears the strategic hat around the office. He started in online ad sales at MultiChoice, Africa's leading TV and Internet media company, and worked his way up the web marketing food chain. Richard was there in the heart of it during the dot-com boom, co-founding Acceleration, a global e-marketing firm based in London. He's never had a bad experience with a whiteboard.
