He earned a Master of Arts in mathematics from the University of Miami and a PhD in behavioral sciences from Nova University thanks to his rare blend of academic interests. Bob enjoys teaching mathematics and has spent nearly 30 years at Miami-Dade College teaching a range of mathematics courses. He has won multiple teaching accolades, including Innovator of the Year from the League for Community College Innovations, and was one of the first beneficiaries of an endowed chair at Miami-Dade College for achievement in the classroom.
