ROMINA GARBER (Romina Russell's pen name) is a New York Times and international best-selling author. She was born in Argentina and got her first penning job as a kid writing a weekly column for the Miami Herald, which subsequently became nationally syndicated, and she hasn't stopped since. Lobizona and the Zodiac Quartet are two of her publications. Romina is a Harvard College graduate and a Virgo to the core.
