The Death of the Banker; Titan: The Life of John D. Eccles The National Book Critics Circle Award-winning Rockefeller; Washington: A Life, which won the Pulitzer Prize for Biography; and Alexander Hamilton, which was nominated for the National Book Critics Circle Award and transformed into the award-winning Broadway musical Hamilton. Chernow has received seven honorary doctorates and served as president of the PEN American Center. He currently resides in Brooklyn, New York.
