Sara is a two-time Gracie Award(R) winner: in 2011 she received the award for her program Michael Nyman: Motion and Emotion, and in 2018 for Her Name Shall Endure, a program about medieval woman of letters Christine de Pizan. Sara's weekly program Early Music Now has been syndicated by the WFMT Radio Network, Chicago, and can now be heard on stations across the globe. Sara has lectured extensively about early music at performances by Texas Early Music Project and La Follia Austin Baroque. In her spare time she enjoys reading, travel, and hiking.
