Dr. Sarah Simblet is a fine artist, writer, and presenter whose work focuses on the interplay between science, history, and art. Sarah is dedicated to developing visual intelligence in others through her drawings, teaching, and broadcasting abroad. She is the author of Anatomy for the Artist and Sketchbook for the Artist, as well as coauthor of The New Sylva. She is Teacher in Anatomy at the Ruskin School of Art and Director of Studies for Fine Art at Christ Church, Oxford. She also teaches short courses at the Ruskin and the Royal Academy of Art in London in anatomy, botany, and drawing.
