Simon LeVay is a writer and neurologist. He was born in Oxford, England, and attended Cambridge University and the University of Göttingen in Germany, as well as Harvard Medical School and the Salk Institute for Biological Research, where he served on the faculties. His study and writings on the biological basis of sexual orientation have made him famous. LeVay has written 11 books, including the New York Times bestselling 'When Science Goes Wrong.' His second novel is The Donation of Constantine. He resides in the West Hollywood neighborhood of Los Angeles, California.
