Teresa Driscoll has spent more than twenty-five years as a journalist, including fifteen years as a BBC TV news presenter, following stories into the dark corners of existence. She witnessed and was greatly saddened by all the ripples each case generated, as well as the lingering impact on the families, friends, and witnesses involved, after covering crime for so long. Teresa lives in lovely Devon with her family, and her darker work examines those ramifications. Her works have been sold for translation in nineteen languages, and she writes both women's fiction and thrillers.
