Theodore J Dimon

Dr. Theodore (Ted) Dimon, the founder and head of the Dimon Institute in New York City, is a renowned expert in the Alexander Technique as well as an educator and author. In 1987, Dimon received his Master's and Doctorate degrees from Harvard University, where he studied human evolution, comparative anatomy, and educational theory in depth. He uncovered new ideas of how the human person is designed to work and function as a result of his studies, which he combined with his practical hands-on expertise. Dimon has helped tens of thousands of patients overcome chronic musculoskeletal disorders and experience greater levels of consciousness since then. The Undivided Self, The Components of Skill, The Body in Motion, Neurodynamics: The Art of Mindfulness in Action, and Anatomy of the Voice are among Dimon's other works.
