Thomas Skovholt

THOMAS M.SKOVHOLT, PHD, ABPP, is a licensed psychologist and a professor at the University of Minnesota's counselor training program. He teaches the MA and doctorate practicum courses, as well as the doctoral supervision practicum course. His research and writing focuses on practitioner growth, including resiliency, developmental phases, master therapists, and starting problems. He is an ABPP board certified psychologist, an APA Fellow, and a member of the University of Minnesota's Academy of Outstanding Teachers. A Fulbright year in Turkey and teaching in Singapore are among his overseas experiences.
