Tony's Pizza Napoletana, Capo's, and Tony's Coal-Fired Pizza in San Francisco, Pizza Rock in Sacramento and Las Vegas, Tony's of North Beach, and Slice House by Tony Gemignani in Rohnert Park are all owned by TONY GEMIGNANI. He's also a co-owner of San Francisco's International Academy of Pizza. Gemignani has been baking pizza for more than 20 years and has won numerous prizes.
