Ursula K. Le Guin has influenced two generations of feminist and progressive writers. Her works have received every major science fiction and fantasy award, as well as the Pen/Malamud Prize and the National Book Award. The Dispossessed, The Left Hand of Evil, and A Wizard of Earthsea are among her works. She currently resides in Portland, Oregon.
