Verne Harnish is the founder of the world-renowned Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) and has chaired EO's top CEO program, the Birthing of Giants, and WEO's Advanced Business executive program, both of which are hosted at MIT, for the past fifteen years. Verne has spent the past three decades as the founder and CEO of Gazelles, a global executive education and coaching firm with over 150 coaching partners on six continents. He is a syndicated columnist for The Growth Man and the Venture columnist for FORTUNE magazine. Scaling Up (Rockefeller Habits 2.0), Mastering the Rockefeller Habits, and The Greatest Business Decisions of All Time, co-authored with the editors of Fortune, for which Jim Collins provided the foreword. Verne is also the chairman of FORTUNE Magazine's annual Leadership and Growth Summits and a member of numerous boards, including The Riordan Clinic and the recently created Geoversity. Verne, who is a card-carrying member of the International Brotherhood of Magicians, lives in Barcelona, Spain, with his wife and four children and enjoys piano, tennis, and magic.
