Yoshitoki Oima is the creator of the internationally recognized A Quiet Voice seven-volume series and To Your Eternity, the famed fantasy epic that inspired the anime. Mardock Scramble, a collaboration with prominent Japanese writer Tow Ubukata, was Oima's first manga to be published in English in 2011.
