Yun Kouga began her career as a doujinshi author in 1986, with the serialization of her original manga Metal Heart in >Comic VAL. She is the creator of the popular series Loveless and Earthian, as well as a number of manga and animation projects, including Gundam 00 character design. VIZ also publishes her novels Crown of Love and Gestalt.
